My name is Sweyn Kirkness.
I grew up in Orkney and have lived and worked in Edinburgh for over 10 years.
I have a BSc Honours Degree in Mathematics from Heriot-Watt University.
I am passionate about helping to make maths simpler for other people. I enjoy the challenge of solving problems quickly and under pressure, and have used this skill successfully on several TV gameshows, and also when winning many large poker tournaments.
